Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By booking a trip or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Booking Policy

At the time of booking, a non-refundable initial payment is required to secure your reservation. This usually ranges from 30% to 50% of the total package cost per person, depending on the specific package and season.

• 30-60 days before departure: 50% - 75% of full tour cost required.
• Within 15-30 days of departure: 100% of full tour cost required.
• For flight ticket issuance, full payment of airfare is required immediately.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following charges apply based on the date of notice before departure:

• 46+ days prior: Initial booking amount is forfeited (non-refundable).
• 31 to 45 days prior: 60% - 75% of the total tour cost.
• 20 to 30 days prior: 80% of the total tour cost.
• Less than 15-20 days prior: 100% of the total tour cost.

3. Visa & Travel Documents

Time2Teleport provides visa assistance as a value-added service. However, the approval or rejection of a visa is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy or High Commission. Time2Teleport is not liable for any losses arising from visa rejections. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and necessary health certifications.

4. Pricing & Exchange Rates

All prices mentioned are starting prices and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. For international packages, prices may fluctuate based on currency exchange rate variations. The final cost will be calculated at the prevailing rate on the date of final payment.

5. Accommodation & Transport

Hotels mentioned in itineraries are tentative. In the event of unavailability, we guarantee a stay in a hotel of similar category. Check-in is typically at 3:00 PM and Check-out at 11:00 AM. For group tours, transportation is provided via long-distance coaches, and vehicle size depends on the group size.

6. Liability

Time2Teleport shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, or delay due to natural calamities, weather conditions, strikes, or any "Force Majeure" event. We act only as an agent for the hotels, airlines, and transport providers.
